At HuumanLed, we believe that AI-driven motion should enhance creativity without compromising trust. Our technology is built for brands that require precision, security, and appropriate control over the assets that define their identity. This charter outlines the principles that guide how we design, deploy, and operate our technology.

1. Deployment Transparency
We offer two deployment models with different data handling approaches:
Cloud Deployment: Processing occurs on secure cloud infrastructure using industry-standard AI providers. Customer data is processed temporarily with enterprise-grade encryption. We work with providers who maintain SOC 2 compliance and industry-standard data protection practices.

On-Premises Deployment: All processing occurs within the customer's own environment (AWS, private cloud, or on-premise infrastructure). No customer data leaves the controlled infrastructure. Complete air-gapped deployment available for maximum security.

2. Data Handling & Privacy
Cloud Deployment:
Customer assets are processed temporarily to generate motion outputs
Data is transmitted using encrypted connections
Processing follows our cloud provider's data retention policies
Customers can request deletion of processed data

 

On-Premises Deployment:
Zero external data transmission
Complete customer control over all assets and outputs
No cloud connectivity or external dependencies

3. Model Training & Customer Assets
HuumanLed does not train proprietary models using customer assets. For cloud deployments, we use third-party AI providers whose training policies are governed by their respective terms of service. Customers should review these terms to understand data usage. For on-premises deployments, customer assets never leave the controlled environment and are never used for any training purposes.

4. Brand Integrity & Accuracy
Brand fidelity is non-negotiable. We prioritise color accuracy, design consistency, and realistic motion. All motion is subtle, intentional, and aligned with the brand's aesthetic language. We actively design against visual drift, distortion, or unintended artifacts.

5. Permission-Based Use Only
We respect ownership and creative rights. Customers may only animate assets they have the rights or licenses to use. We do not knowingly process copyrighted or third-party materials without clear permission. We provide tools that encourage ethical and authorized use of imagery and motion.

6. Transparent Use of AI
Our technology is clear, explainable, and accountable. We openly communicate where and how AI is applied within our pipeline. Outputs can be labeled as AI-generated motion where relevant. We avoid techniques that obscure or misrepresent the role of AI.

7. Truthful Visual Representation
Motion should enhance truth, not distort it. Our animations are designed to reflect reality — not exaggerate or mislead. We avoid generating motion that implies qualities or features the product does not possess. We commit to outputs that remain faithful to the original design intent.

8. Security & IP Protection
Protecting customer intellectual property is fundamental:
All cloud deployments use encrypted transmission and storage
On-premises installations available for high-security requirements
Customers maintain full ownership of all generated motion assets
We follow industry-standard security practices and compliance requirements

9. Responsible Innovation
We design AI to be a tool for augmentation, not replacement. Our aim is to elevate creative teams — not automate them away. We build features that expand capability, accelerate workflows, and respect human creativity. We continually review our systems to ensure they meet evolving ethical standards.

10. Commitment to Ongoing Accountability
Ethics is not a static document. We update this charter regularly as technology, security practices, and customer needs evolve. We invite partners, brands, and experts to review and challenge our standards. Transparency and accountability guide every aspect of our work.
